JACKSON - The West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation announces the establishment of the Noah Chamberlin Memorial Fund to honor the two-year-old that disappeared in Pinson.
Noah’s disappearance created an unbelievable outpouring of prayers and support in searching for Noah. Noah was highly active and full of life. The search for Noah captured the hearts and minds of thousands of West Tennesseans. The outpouring of support was an amazing comfort for the family.
This fund will be a great help in keeping the memory of Noah alive according to Jacob Chamberlin, father of Noah.
First responders provided personnel in leading the organized effort that involved 400 – 500 volunteers a day. This effort impressed leaders of national organizations. The effort was a strategic, systematic search where professionals came to join in this search. Chester County Sheriff Blair Weaver, Madison County Sheriff John Mehr and Fire Chief Eric Turner expressed gratitude for the first responders that helped organize the massive search.
Plans for this fund will be to provide counseling for the family, assist in paying for expenses incurred by the family during the search efforts and to provide a lasting memorial for Noah that will enable his spirit to live on through the lives of others. More details of the memorial will be released after the family has had time to deal with this tremendous loss.
All donors receive a receipt for their gift as a record for their taxes and a card will be sent to the family, notifying them of your donation to the fund.

The Foundation began in 1984 and today manages more than 600 such funds. Donations to this memorial fund are tax deductible. As a public charity, the Foundation is governed by a self-sustaining board, meaning that board members select their successors to the board. Now in its 31st year of operation, the Foundation is provided as a gift to the community from West Tennessee Healthcare.
