JACKSON – West Tennessee Healthcare announced plans to build an outpatient medical center in Lexington, TN, during its regularly scheduled Board meeting in September. The facility will be located on a 5.3 acre tract on the south side of U.S. Highway 412. The 17,078 square foot medical center will offer primary care services, physical therapy, rotating specialty clinic services, and behavioral health services. Completion is expected Summer 2016.
Primary care services will be located in an 8,541 square foot area within the facility, and will include a waiting room, reception area, triage area, business office, three physician offices and office space for nurse practitioners, fifteen exam rooms, procedure and stress testing rooms, laboratory and X-ray.
The 6,078 square foot physical therapy area will provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services for adult and pediatric patients, as well as return to play and return to athletics services.
Pathways Behavioral Health Services will provide outpatient behavioral health services in a 1,917 square foot area within the new medical center.
