JACKSON - Tennova Healthcare announces the opening of the Tennova Walk-In Clinic in South Jackson located at 21 Meridian Springs Drive. The walk-in clinic will offer extended hours Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Come celebrate the opening of the clinic with free snow cones on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 11 am – 1 pm. The clinic will also offer free blood pressure checks.
Services will include care for minor illnesses and injuries, such as earaches, flu-like symptoms, sore throats and sinus infections, lacerations, sprains, skin rashes, urinary tract infections. Diagnostic services such as x-ray, EKG and laboratory will also be available on site. No appointment is necessary. However, individuals will be able to call and make an appointment for more general medical needs, such as sports physicals, immunizations and flu shots.
The walk-in clinic, located just south of the Lowes and Walmart shopping centers, will feature exam rooms, procedure rooms, and on-site diagnostic capabilities. Its location is in close proximity to several established and growing neighborhoods in the South Jackson area.
