Memphis-based Sutherland Cardiology Clinic is expanding its cardiology services to residents living in and around Atoka. The new satellite office, located at 76 Capital Way, Suite B, in Atoka is open every other Monday.
Bill Breen, senior vice president of physician alignment for Methodist Healthcare said the new clinic in Atoka gives them the opportunity to extend their clinical expertise to many more patients who can benefit from high-quality care, with the additional benefit of being close to home.
Cardiologist Dr. James Stamper will lead the clinic in Atoka.
James Stamper, M.D. graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
