Lifesigns, a full-service, prevention-focused primary care clinic, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

The company has been providing clinical examination services for corporate clients in Memphis since 1992. Offered through employers and reimbursed through health plan benefits, the Lifesigns clinic provides physician-directed screening and consultation to identify developing health risks followed by appropriate long-term follow up for management of weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose and related risks.

Lifesigns serves an estimated 10,000 patients annually through its clinic, located at 1714 West Massey Road in east Memphis. The organization employs 40 team members including clinic staff, corporate team members, IT support and administrative personnel.

Lifesigns recently launched HealthyHere, a mobile medical clinic designed to provide annual physicals, primary care, and follow-up care. The HealthyHere mobile clinics are fully outfitted with portable ultrasound machines, a private area in the vehicle dedicated to physical exams, and the equipment necessary for performing on-board lab work and biometric measurements.
